Start With Major
Begin the series at the first shot.
Major is Book One in the Operation Dreadnaught series, a brutal military science fiction saga set on a changed Earth where evolved animal nations fight for survival against humanity’s return.
B Troop
Major leads B Troop, an elite Meles special forces unit built for reconnaissance, ambush, survival and violence at close quarters. Their war begins here.
DSOR
The badge, the command structure and the mission identity behind the fight. Operation Dreadnaught begins as a military problem and becomes a war for survival.
Operation Dreadnaught One
Major
Major is where Operation Dreadnaught begins.
A soldier of the Meles Nation. Scarred, experienced and carrying more than any commander should have to hold.
As a child, Major lost his friend to a raid. She was taken, and something in him never came back. Grief hardened. Discipline followed. Service gave it shape.
Years later, he leads B Troop into a war the North cannot afford to lose.
The humans are returning from the South. Not as ghosts. Not as stories. As armies. They want the green lands back, and they are willing to burn through every settlement, border and life that stands in their way.
Major and his soldiers are sent to gather intelligence. What they discover will be the start of the biggest war the north has seen.
Brutal combat.
Cinematic landscapes.
Real world tactics.
Massive armies.
Close-quarter fights where one mistake will get you killed.
This is not a clean war. Bloody, stress inducing, high paced action. Where orders are given under pressure. The enemy are throwing every soldier they have at the Meles.
And then there are the Vulpes.
Driven into the war under human control, they bring old wounds with them. Enemies to some. Victims to others. Soldiers all the same.
Major is not only a story of combat. It is a story of loyalty, trauma, command and the cost of keeping others alive when the world gives no clean answer.
This is not prophecy.
This is not myth.
This is Special Forces warfare across unforgiving ground, outnumbered, outgunned and sent into places where the North has no one else to send.
War didn’t end. It evolved.
This Is Not A Fable
Operation Dreadnaught is set on a future Earth devastated by human collapse. The animal nations that survived are not symbols or fairy tale creatures. They are peoples, armies, governments and cultures fighting to endure in a world where peace is fragile and survival is never guaranteed.

Start with Major, then continue with Ursus and Vulpes in publication order. This is the cleanest route through the story, the world and the war.
